At Star Trex, our mission is to make every walk the highlight of your dog’s day. We provide fun, adventure-filled group walks that give dogs the social interaction and stimulation they naturally thrive on, leaving them happy, fulfilled, and pleasantly tired.

Unlike many dog walkers, we don’t stick to pavements or follow the same route every day. Every walk is a new adventure, with a minimum of one hour including running, playing and exploring beautiful locations in and around Exmouth and Woodbury area.

For complete peace of mind, all dogs wear GPS trackers, allowing fully monitored off-lead adventures during their walk with your consent. They travel safely in fully ventilated, individual bespoke crates, each equipped with fresh water and a filled Kong toy to keep them comfortable and content. After muddy adventures, we can even shower off those dirty paws before returning your dog home.

At Star Trex, we understand that some dogs need a little extra care and a pace tailored to their individual needs. That's why we offer dedicated 30-minute walks for puppies and senior dogs.

For puppies, these shorter walks provide the perfect introduction to the world around them, helping to build confidence, social skills and good habits at a pace that suits their age. We can also reinforce basic training, including recall and essential commands, ensuring your puppy gets the best possible start.

For our older companions, gentle 30-minute walks offer valuable exercise, mental stimulation and companionship without overexertion. Every walk is tailored to your dog's ability, ensuring they remain happy, comfortable and enjoying life to the fullest.

Whether they're just starting out or enjoying their golden years, your dog will receive the same love, attention and care that we give our own.

Your four-legged companion will enjoy all the benefits of our group adventures, plenty of exercise, enrichment and exploration, but with dedicated one-to-one attention. Each walk is carefully designed around your dog's pace, personality and needs, ensuring they feel safe, relaxed and happy throughout.

Weekend Visits can be discussed.

At Star Trex, we understand that life can get busy and there will be times when you're unable to be there for your pet's needs. Whether you're at work, away for the day, attending a wedding or enjoying a well-earned holiday, our home visits provide peace of mind that your beloved companions are receiving the care and attention they deserve.

Our visits can be tailored to your pet's individual requirements and may include toilet breaks, feeding, fresh water top-ups, medication administration (if required) and, of course, plenty of love and companionship.

While dogs are at the heart of what we do, we are happy to care for most domestic pets, including cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds and other small animals. Every pet is treated as if they were our own, ensuring they remain happy, comfortable and settled in the familiar surroundings of their home.

For cats and smaller animals especially, staying in their own environment removes the stress associated with travelling and unfamiliar surroundings, allowing them to maintain their normal routines and feel safe and secure.

Whether you have one cherished companion or a house full of furry, feathered or whiskered friends, you can relax knowing they are in caring and experienced hands.
